please remember, I am a God fearing person, but I strongly believe in evolution... and if it includes a big bang, so be it!

So, you want to take a Monkey out on a date?????????

So, You are okay with this notion????????

Picture yourself arm, in arm with a female Ape, on a saturday night.

You know, the Ape being all dressed up in Vera Wang, maybe Donna Karen glasses. You might take her to dinner at Nobu's in New York City. Maybe to a movie at a coffehouse theater. Perhaps to a showing of 'Planet of the Apes', because she always had a thing for Cornelius.

I mean ,since we all came from Apes, people shouldn't gasp when you snuggle up for a smooch. People will surely consider it BIGOTRY to gawk aghast at you, whilst you dance the night away. If the masses do begin to mock you I bet you will go into the same schpiel that you rage against me with.

As you take her to the Waldorf -Astoria you might proclaim to a reluctant receptionist, "The Last word you'll get from me is that DARWINISM IS THE TRUTH, WE EVOLVED FROM LOWER PRIMATES ect. ect." Thereby attempting to justify your dubious doings.

The truth is , that the sane majority should receive Darwinism about as readily as they should you with your Ape date.

That sounds like a good movie.......maybe I will film a short in Syracuse.......I will call it.....

"APE DATE"

I may even cast you.

You are an idiot!

You're screaming in the Grinches cave, dude.
I'm not sure you know how evolution has been proposed to have worked...

Actually I am perfectly fine with that notion, if you mean that human beings are evolved from the higher primates and that no matter how much unscientific biblical hogwash you might claim we are all very monkey-like.

Considering that the salinity of blood is similar to seawater (from which we came), that the pores on the backs of our hands are from the lizards from which we evolved, and that 97% of our DNA we just happen to share with the Orangutang, I have absolutely no problem accepting that all life is evolved from the very simplest creature. To your sort though it's just one massive coincidence.

I find it disturbing that in the USA today, the most scientifically advanced nation in the world, there are people like you holding back the advance of science, interfering with education, and restricting basic freedom of thought or right to question. As I said already, why are you here on this message board for a TV comedy program spouting your religious hogwash. Take it someone who actually cares, because it's pointless preaching your drivvel to scientists. The OT by the way is just a book giving one account of creation, the New Testament is a bunch of parables which are not meant to be taken literally.

are "people like him" actually intervening? I haven't noticed. :P

and yes the NEw Testament has parables, but Christians know what parables are, and that they are not literal-- parables are stories meant to get a message across in a more understandable way... But the New Testament isn't "a bunch of parables", those are only a minority of it. The rest of the New Testament is the account of the life of jesus (mainly his ministry), and the history of the earliest church, as well as insight on Christ's message and how to carry it out. The latter is actually the bulk of the New Testament.
Oh, I get it. You are into LIZARDS, and MONKEYS. Well, excuse me!!!!!

Pssst....pssst,..... there is a place in the State of Washington, I think right outside of Seattle, that will cater to your particular needs.......If you catch my drift.

Rumor has it that the Geico lizard stops by to hob knob, and you know, see what comes through the "pipeline".

A skinny little chimpanzee from the Amazon, a Big sweaty GORILLA from Sudan, maybe even a hunky Clydesdale wearing Budweiser "bling".

Hey if that's your thing don't let me stop you. "Hogwash" you say?? Isn't that the name of a Bestiality club for Darwinists.

I can see it now, "For one night only 'Ecidyalpsoeddog', at the HOGWASH!!!!!

"Rinse off with ECIDYALPSOEDDOG......at the HOGWASH".

Kind of makes me wonder where you came up with the name " Yelps of the DOG!!!!!!"
Hi, dog. It's Andy. As you can see, the idiot hasn't cottoned on to what your username spells backwards. Will we see how long it takes him?
that's taken out of context. read the whole last half of romans 14. while at that, read jude 1:20-22

Ahhhh finally who sees the "church" in the same form I do.

I just read an article the other day about the Vatican, trying to say the Inquisition wasn't THAT bad, and too look at the positive side of it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!! That's like saying "Look at the positive side of the Holocaust." THERE ISN'T ONE!!!! ARRRGGGG it's aggervating

i think you're misinterpreting it. I'm not Catholic and could care less about what the Vatican says, but he's just saying they've found the Inquisition not to have been AS bad as we've been led to believe-- not that it wasn't "that bad." It was bad, he can't argue or change that, and I assume he knows that since people were killed and forced to do stuff unbiblically...

It is written "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and to depart from evil is understanding".

True wisdom comes from the acknowledment and reverence of GOD the Father of Jesus Christ, and Jesus himself. This then leads to a stopping of true evil doings, which is a sign of understanding.

Go look at the discussion S.E.T.I or S.E.S.I.??????????????????

All of that in depth wisdom and knowledge comes from the fear of GOD, and the departure from true evil. The rarity of this type of understanding , and theories really puts things into perspective. This stuff should be common knowledge.........BUT APPARENTLY IT IS NOT.

So if these things in that discussion are things you or anybody else on this site has ever heard of......WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU??
